ROLL CALL
Mayor Manuel called the meeting to order at 8:04 p.m. All members of Council were present,
except Councilman Norris, who was out of town. All members of staff were present.
Mr. Green reviewed the market analysis process.
.Erin St. Onge - Carpenter, Senior Research Consultant with Bendixen & Amandi International,
presented the results of the market analysis research initiative and made recommendations based
on key findings.
Discussion took place regarding the results of the initiative and recommendations of the
consultant. The Council indicated its interest in holding an informal "round table" meeting with
Ms. St. Onge - Carpenter for further discussion of the research findings.
Council consensus was to place this item on the next Workshop Session agenda to consider
follow up questions that council members may have regarding specific areas of interest. Council
questions will be sent to Ms. St. Onge - Carpenter prior to scheduling a round table discussion, so
that she can provide the requested data.

With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting was adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
