procurement method for the demolition of the Country Club Dive Platform.

entering into an Agreement with the owners of 536 Overlook Drive whereby the owners would
grant the Village a Utility Easement in exchange for certain compensation.

Discussion and guidance regarding the Waterways Board recommendation to eliminate “L” or “T”
