PROVIDING FOR THE RF,PEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES 1N
CONFLICT HERF,WITH; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
I31? 1"1' ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subsection (3), Division of Signal Service, of Section 2-85, Divisions, of Division 6,
Department of Public Service, of Article III of Chapter 2, Administration, of the Code of Ordinances
of the Village, is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Anew Subsection (3) entitled "Division of Facility Maintenance" of Section 2-85,
Divisions, of Division 6, Department of Public Service, of Article III of Chapter 2, Administration,
of the Code of Ordinances of the Village, is added to read as follows:
"(3) Division of facility maintenance, which shall repair and
maintain all village owned buildings, irrigation systems, street lights,
parks, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems and custodial
services (except the North Palm Beach Country Club)."
Sectiar 3. If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this Ordinance is for any
reason held by a Court to be unconstitutional, inoperative or void, such holding shall not affect the
remainder of this Ordinance.
Section 4. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
