A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING MINOR
MODIFICATIONS TO THE PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS "SANCTUARY
COVE" WHICH WAS CREATED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 12-91 OF THE VILLAGE; APPROVING
A REVISED SITE PLAN CONTAINING AND
SETTING FORTH THE MINOR
MODIFICATIONS; PROVIDING FOR THE
REPEAL OF ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS
OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT'HEREWITH;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of North Palm
Beach enacted Ordinance No. 12-91, which created a Planned Unit
Development known as "Sanctuary Cove"; and
WHEREAS, Section 12 of Ordinance No. 12-91 provided that
modifications to the Planned Unit Development that are determined
to be minor by the Village Council may be approved by subsequent
resolution without the necessity of review by the Planning
Commission, advertisement or public hearing; and
WHEREAS, Petitioner proposes modifications to the Planned
Unit Development including a revised building footprint, building
layout and facade changes as well as enhancement to the
recreational amenities that the Village Council determines to be
minor.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North
' Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby approve the modifications to the
Planned Unit Development known as "Sanctuary Cove" including a
revised building footprint, building layout and facade changes and
enhancement to the recreational amenities as set forth on the
revised site plan attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Village Council does hereby determine
that the modifications to the Planned Unit Development are minor in
nature and do not necessitate review by the Planning Commission,
advertisement or public hearing.
Section 3. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 8th DAY OF September 1994.
