ROLL CALL
Mayor Manuel called the meeting to order at 8:03 p.m. All members of Council were present. All
members of staff were present.
SHOPPES AT CITY CENTRE PUD AMENDMENT
Discussion was held regarding a proposed minor amendment to the Shoppes at City Centre
Planned Unit Development (PUD) for exterior aesthetic improvements to Carrabba's Italian
Grill Restaurant located at 11241 U.S. Highway One.
Mr. Green explained the restaurant has requested to repaint the exterior fagade and add new
decorative awnings. Mr. Green stated these changes are consistent with the new business plan
for Carrabba's restaurants located within the State of Florida.
Mr. Green and Mr. Rubin advised that the Village Council may approve minor modifications to
the PUD by resolution without the necessity of review by the Planning Commission,
advertisement, or public hearing.
Carrabba's representative Susan Young was present to answer questions.
By consensus, Council forwarded the item to the next Regular Session agenda; additionally, it
was requested that this item be reviewed by the Planning Commission at its October 2, 2013 meeting.

With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
