AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
• ESTABLISHING A CAPITAL PROJECT FUND FOR THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH FOR CERTAIN CAPITAL PROJECTS AND TRANSFERRING THE BUDGET FOR
(1) RENOVATION OF THE VILLAGE HALL BUILDING, (2) CANAL DREDGING
PROGRAM, (3) NORTH SUB STATION AND (4) CONSTRUCTION OF ANCHORAGE
PARK PARKING LOT; ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT "A", AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby
establish a Capital Project Fund for the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, for certain capital
projects in the Village.
Section 2. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby
approve the Revenues and Expenditures Budget attached as Exhibit "A" for the following projects:
A. Renovation of Village Hall
B. Canal Dredging Project
C. North Sub Station
D. Anchorage Park Parking Lot
Section 3. The Capital Project Fund for the projects mentioned in Section 2 above and the
Revenue and Expenditure Budget attached as Exhibit "A" shall remain open and effective until
these projects are complete.
Section 4. The Village Council may amend the Budget from time to time as they feel necessary
during regular course of business to complete these projects.
Section 5. The following budget transfer regulations shall apply:
5.01 -Appropriations shall not be transferred for more than $2,500 without the
approval of the Village Council.
5.02 -Appropriations of $2,500 or less shall not be transferred without the approval
of the Village Manager; however, nothing herein is intended to permit the Village
Manager to violate the intent of the approved budget.
Section 6. The Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
