2000-15 Amends CC Zoning District-Front Yard Setbacks• ORDINANCE 15-2000 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING SUBSECTION F, YARDS, OF SECTION OF 45-32.1, CC TRANSITIONAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, OF ARTICLE III OF APPENDIX C-ZONING OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE TO PROVIDE FRONT YARD SETBACK FOR PROSPERITY FARMS ROAD; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby amend Subsection F, Yards, of Section 45-32.1, CC Transitional Commercial District, of Article Ill of Appendix C-Zoning of the Code of Ordinances of the Village to provide front yard setback for Prosperity Farms Road, and to read as follows: "F. Yards. Front yards. All buildings shall be constructed from the Alternate A- I -A or Prosperity Fanns Road right-of--way to provide a front yard of not less than thirty (30) feet. All buildings shall be set back from the right-of--way of streets which intersect with Alternate A-1-A or Prosperity Farms Road providing a yard of not less than twenty-five (25) feet. Side yards. All buildings shall be set back from side lot lines so as to provide side yards of not less than fifteen (15) feet. 3. Rear yards. All buildings shall be set back from rear lot lines so as • to provide a rear yard of not less than fifteen (15) feet." • Section 2. If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this Ordinance is for any reason held by a Court to be unconstitutional, inoperative or void, such holding shall not affect the remainder of this Ordinance. Section 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
