• AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, REZONING A PARCEL OF LAND KNOWN AS THE VILLAGE
GROCERY AND VILLAGE LAWNMOWER SHOP, LOCATED AT 9267 - 9271 PROSPERITY
FARMS ROAD WITHIN THE VILLAGE AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN
EXt-IIBIT "A" ATTACHED AND MADE PART HEREOF FROM R-1 SINGLE FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT TO CC TRANSITIONAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT' ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section ] . The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby
rezaie a parcel of land known as the Village Grocery and Village Lawnmower Shop, located at
9267-9271 Prosperity Farms Road within the Village and more particularly described in Exhibit "A"
attached and made part hereof from R-1 Single Family Dwelling District, to CC Transitional
Commercial District of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 2. If any section, pazagraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this Ordinance
is for any reason held by a Court to be unconstitutional, inoperative or void, such holding shall not
affect the remainder of this Ordinance.
Section 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
