A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING ONE NEW MEMBER TO
THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 2, Article I of the Village Code of Ordinances, the Village
Council may appoint residents of the Village as members of Village advisory boards to serve at the
pleasure of the Village Council, subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council wishes to appoint one new member to serve on the Village
Zoning Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. The following person is hereby appointed to the Village Zoning Board of Adjustment
for a term expiring on the date indicated:

2nd Alternate
April 30, 2014
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed copy of this resolution
to the member appointed above.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
