AN ORDINANCE OF THE VII,LAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, REZONING A PARCEL OF LAND KNOWN AS
LOTS 16 AND 17, KELSEY ACRES AND LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF HONEY ROAD AND ALTERNATE AlA WITHIN THE VILLAGE
AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED
FROM R-1, SINGLE FAMII.Y DWELLING DISTRICT, TO CC,
TRANSITIONAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND, PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section l . The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does
hereby rezone a pazcel of land known as lots 16 and 17, Kelsey Acres, located at the Northeast corner
of Honey Road and Alternate Al A within the Village, from R-1, Single Family Dwelling District, to
CC, Transitional Commercial Zoning District of the Village of North Palm Beach.
~. If any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this
Ordinance is for any reason held by a Court to be unconstitutional, inoperative or void, such holding
shall not affect the remainder of this Ordinance.
Section 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take. effect immediately upon passage.
