AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE
NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB FUND BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1998-99
TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $890,000 FOR THE COUNTRY CLUB
RENOVATION PROJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:

Section 1. Ordinance No. 21-98, the budget ordinance of the Village of North Palm Beach, is
hereby amended as follows:
NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB FUND:
INCREASE REVENUE;
TITLE ACCOUNT NUMBER
Bank Loan Proceeds L4100-9300 $800,000
Approp. Retained Earnings L4600-09100 90.000
TOTAL $890.000
INCREASE APPROPRIATION:
TITLE ACCOUNT NUMBER
Constr. & Major Renovation L8059-66210 $800,000
Payment -Bank Loan L8565-49152 90.000
TOTAL $890.000
Section 2. The Village will borrow $800,000 from the bank and $90,000 will be
transferred from Unreserved Retained Earnings to fund this project.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
