a.The Gehring Group will give an update on the 2013-2014 renewal rates and
the impacts of the Affordable Care Act.

FIRE RESCUE VEHICLE REPLACEMENT
b.Discussion concerning waiving the purchasing policy to
move forward with the purchase of a 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe to replace the 2002 Chevrolet Suburban
identified in the Capital Improvement Plan for replacement in FY 2014.
