A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, REPEALING RESOLUTION 2013 -20 AND NULLIFYING
THE TRANSFER OF $35,945.00 FROM THE COUNTRY CLUB GOLF COURSE
MAINTENANCE CONTRACTUAL SERVICES TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL
FUNDING FOR THE DRIVING RANGE BUILDING RENOVATIONS AND TO
FUND THE PURCHASE OF RELATED EQUIPMENT; PROVIDING FOR
CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, through the adoption of Resolution 2013 -20, the Village Council amended the adopted
Country Club budget for Fiscal Year 2012 -2013 to transfer funds from the Country Club Golf
Course Maintenance Contractual Services Account to the Food and Beverage Construction and
Major Renovation Account and the Food and Beverage Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment Account
to provide additional funding for the renovations to the Driving Range Building and to fund the
purchase of related equipment; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has elected not to move forward with the renovations to the
Driving Range Building and wishes to repeal Resolution 2013 -20 in its entirety and restore the
adopted Country Club budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby repeals Resolution 2013 -20 and directs the Mayor and
Village Clerk to nullify the transfer of $35,945.00 from the Country Club Golf Course Maintenance
Account. The Country Club Budget for Fiscal Year 2012 -2013 shall be restored as follows:

Section 3. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
