DECLARATION OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS C. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND QUASI-JUDICIAL MATTERS 1. PUBLIC HEARING AND SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 2013-04 – CODE AMENDMENT – NOISE REGULATIONS Consider a motion to adopt and enact on second reading Ordinance 2013-04, a proposed ordinance repealing current noise regulations set forth in Article VI of Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances and adopting updated noise regulations. ACTION 2. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE 2013-08 – FIVE-YEAR SCHEDULE OF IMPROVEMENTS UPDATE 13-1 Consider a motion to adopt on first reading Ordinance 2013-08, a proposed ordinance updating the Five-Year Schedule of Improvements as set forth in the Capital Improvements Element (CIE) of the Village’s Comprehensive Plan. ACTION Regular Session Agenda, April 25, 2013 Page 2 of 2 D. CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda is for the purpose of expediting issues of a routine or pro-forma nature. Councilmen may remove any item from the Consent Agenda, which would automatically convey that item to the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and vote. 1. OTHER VILLAGE BUSINESS MATTERS 1.RESOLUTION – APPOINTING MEMBERS TO VILLAGE BOARDS Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution appointing members to the Audit Committee, Business Advisory Board, Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals, Golf Advisory Board, Library Advisory Board, Planning Commission, Recreation Advisory Board, Waterways Board, and Zoning Board of Adjustment; and appointing a Village Historian. ACTION 2.RESOLUTION – HARBOUR ISLES PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) MODIFICATION Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving a minor modification to the Prosperity Harbor South (Harbour Isles) PUD to increase the height of the hedge adjacent to Prosperity Harbor. ACTION 3.RESOLUTION – OSBORNE PARK PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT PROPOSAL AWARD Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution accepting the proposal of Miracle Recreation Equipment Company for the purchase and installation of playground equipment at Osborne Park at a cost not to exceed $39,138; and authorizing execution of the contract. ADJOURNMENT If a person decides to appeal any decision by the Village Council with respect to any matter considered at the Village Council meeting, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based(F.S. 286.0105). This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council.
