A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ADOPTED
COUNTRY CLUB BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2012 -2013 TO TRANSFER
$35,945.00 FROM THE COUNTRY CLUB GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE
CONTRACTUAL SERVICES ACCOUNT, WITH $19,945.00 ALLOCATED TO
THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE CONSTRUCTION AND MAJOR RENOVATION
ACCOUNT TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR THE DRIVING
RANGE BUILDING RENOVATIONS AND $16,000.00 ALLOCATED TO
THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE FURNITURE, FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT
ACCOUNT TO FUND THE PURCHASE OF NECESSARY EQUIPMENT;
PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Village Council wishes to utilize cost savings realized from negotiations with
the maintenance provider for the Country Club to provide additional funding for the renovations
to the Driving Range Building and to fund the purchase of the necessary equipment; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council wishes to amend the adopted Country Club budget for Fiscal
Year 2012 -2013 to transfer funds from the Country Club Golf Course Maintenance Contractual
Services Account to the Food and Beverage Construction and Major Renovation Account and
the Food and Beverage Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment Account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby amends the adopted Village of North Palm Beach
Country Club budget for Fiscal Year 2012 -2013 as follows:

Section 3. The Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
budget amendment for and on behalf of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to
the extent of such conflict.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
