ACTION Regular Session Agenda, April 11, 2013Page 2of 2 2.FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE 2013-04 –CODE AMENDMENT –NOISE REGULATIONS TABLED ON 3/14/13Consider a motion to adopt on first reading Ordinance 2013-04, a proposed ordinance repealing current noise regulations set forth in Article VI of Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances and adopting updated noise regulations. ACTION D.CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda is for the purpose of expediting issues of a routine or pro-forma nature.Councilmenmay remove any item from the Consent Agenda, which would automatically convey that item to the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and vote. 1.Receive for file Minutes of the Planning Commissionmeeting held 3/12/13 2.Receive for file Minutes of the Waterways Board meeting held 3/19/13 3.Receive for file Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting held 4/2/13 E.OTHER VILLAGE BUSINESS MATTERS 1.RESOLUTION –BUDGET AMENDMENT –COUNTRY CLUB DRIVING RANGE BUILDING Considera motion to adopt a proposed resolution amending the FY 2013 Country Club budget to transfer $35,945 from Golf Course Maintenance Contractual Services account to provide additional funding for renovations to the Driving Range Building and to fund the purchase of the necessary equipment. ACTION 2.RESOLUTION –MOWING AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCESERVICES CONTRACT Considera motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving a second amendment to the Contract for Mowing and Landscape Maintenance Services with Total Maintenance Building Services to extend the term of the contract; and authorizing execution of the contract.
