AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 2-16 OF ARTICLE IL, COUNCIL, OF
CHAP77R 2 OF THF, CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE BY INCREASING THE
COUNCIL COMPENSATION; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES OR
I'AR7'S OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTING DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 2-16 of Article II., Council, of Chapter 2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the Village is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 2-16 Compensation.
The compensation of all members elected to the Village Council is hereby
fixed at the sum of four hundred dollars ($400.00) per month."
• Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
