AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING A CAPITAL PROJECT FUND FOR THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN FACILTfIES, AND ADOPTING THE
BUDGET FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC. SAFETY BUII.DING, RECREATION
BUILDING AT ANCHORAGE PARK, RECREATION AREA AT THE COMMUNITY
CENTER, AND OSBORNE PARK CONCESSION STAND; ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT `A',
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida does hereby
establish a Capital Project Fund for the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida for the construction
of certain facilities in the Village.
Section 2. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida does hereby
approve the Revenues and Expenditures Budget attached as Exhibit `A' for the construction of:
A Public Safety Building
B Community Center Building at Anchorage Park
C Community Center Recreation Area
D Osborne Park Concession Stand
. Section 3. The Capital Project Fund for the construction of the projects mentioned in Section 2
above and the Revenue and Expenditure Budget attached as Exhibit `A' shall remain open and
effective until the construction of these projects are complete.
Section 4. The Village Council may amend the Budget from time to time as they feel necessary
during regulaz course of business to complete these projects.
Section 5. The following budget transfer regulations shall apply:
5.01- Appropriations shall not be transferred in amount of $2,500 or more
without the approval of the Village Council.
5.02 - Appropriations of $2,500 or less shall not be transferred without the
approval of the Village Manager; however, nothing herein is intended to permit the
Village Manager to violate the intent of the approved budget.
Section 6. The Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
