RESOLUTION 2013 -13 APPOINTING COUNCIL OFFICERS Consider a motion to adopt Resolution 2013 -13, a proposed resolution appointing certain officers of the Village. ACTION d. ADMINISTRATION OF OFFICER OATHS — MAYOR, VICE MAYOR, PRESIDENT PRO TEM COUNCIL BUSINESS MATTERS A. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND QUASI - JUDICIAL MATTERS PUBLIC HEARING AND SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 2013 -03 — BUDGET AMENDMENT TO FUND STORM DRAIN REPAIRS Consider a motion to adopt and enact on second reading Ordinance 2013 -03, a proposed ordinance amending the FY 2012 -2013 General Fund budget by appropriating $59,646 to fund repairs to storm drain pipes along the south side of Lighthouse Drive. ACTION 2. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE 2013 -04 — CODE AMENDMENT — NOISE REGULATIONS Consider a motion to adopt on first reading Ordinance 2013 -04, a proposed ordinance repealing current noise regulations set forth in Article VI of Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances and adopting updated noise regulations. ACTION D. CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda is for the purpose of expediting issues of a routine or pro -forma nature. Councilmen may remove any item from the Consent Agenda, which would automatically convey that item to the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and vote. OTHER VILLAGE BUSINESS MATTERS RESOLUTION — TIME AND ATTENDANCE SOFTWARE PURCHASE Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving the purchase of an automated time and attendance system from TimeClock Plus and a data server for a total cost not to exceed $23,823.00; and authorizing a budget amendment to transfer funds for this expenditure. ACTION 2. RESOLUTION — FIND GRANT FOR ANCHORAGE PARK Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution authorizing the application of a grant from the Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) Waterways Assistance Program. ACTION 3. RESOLUTION — ANCHORAGE PARK MODULES Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution declaring four modular buildings at Anchorage Park as surplus property and authorizing their demolition in accordance with Village policies and procedures.
