A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ADOPTED COUNTRY CLUB
BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2012 -2013 TO TRANSFER $27,845 FROM THE
COUNTRY CLUB GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE CONTRACTUAL SERVICES
ACCOUNT TO THE COUNTRY CLUB CLUBHOUSE GROUNDS FACILITY
SAFETY COMPLIANCE ACCOUNT TO FUND THE COST OF RECOMMENDED
SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS TO THE COUNTRY CLUB MAINTENANCE FACILITY;
PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Village Council wishes to proceed with improvements to the Country Club Maintenance
Facility as identified in a recent safety audit; and
WHEREAS, Village Administration has identified available funds in the Golf Course Maintenance Contractual
Services Account and wishes to utilize such funds for improvements to the Maintenance Facility; and
WHEREAS the Village Council wishes to amend the adopted Country Club budget for Fiscal Year
2012 -2013 to transfer funds from the Golf Course Maintenance Contractual Services Account to the
Clubhouse Grounds Repair and Maintenance Facility Safety Compliance Account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby amends the adopted Village of North Palm Beach Country Club
budget for Fiscal Year 2012 -2013 as follows:

Section 3. The Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the budget
amendment for and on behalf of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent
