RESOLUTION 2012 -72
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA APPOINTING REGULAR AND
ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE BUSINESS ADVISORY BOARD; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, through the adoption of Ordinance 2012 -06, the Village Council created the
Business Advisory Board, consisting of five regular members and two alternate members to be
appointed by the Village Council; and
WHEREAS, the Board shall primarily be comprised of owners of store -front businesses along
the Village's main commercial corridors and the Board's membership shall, to the extent
practicable, consist of the following: a representative from a retail business, a professional
services business and a personal services business; a commercial relator or business broker; and
a commercial property owner; and
WHEREAS, the regular members of the Board shall initially serve staggered terms, as set forth
below, and shall thereafter serve terms of three years, while the alternate members shall initially
serve until April 30, 2013 and thereafter serve one year terms.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing "whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby appoints the following individuals to serve as
members of the Business Advisory Board:
Regular Members with Terms Expiring on April 30, 2015:
Member: Craig Crombie
Member: Mark Mullinix
Regular Members with Terms Expiring on April 30, 2014:
Member: Holly Perella
Member: Kim Willard
Regular Member with Term Expiring on April 30, 2013:
Member: James Carpenter
Alternate Members with Terms Expiring on April 30, 2013:

Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
