Kelly, Village Man er DATE: July 14, 1993 RE: BUDGET WORKSHOP TUESDAY, JULY 13, 1993 This memorandum serves as the minutes of the Budget Workshop session of the Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach for Tuesday, July 13, 1993. Mayor V. A. Marks convened the meeting at I"`)0 p.m. All Council members were present; also present were Village Manager, Finance Director, brary Director during Library portion of the workshop, Recreation Director during Recreation portion the workshop and Public Safety Director and EMS Sergeant during the EMS portion of the budget. During the Recreation portion of the budget in attendance were the Recreation Advisory Board members. Also in attendance were members of the Library Advisory Board during the Library portion of the budget. This matter is to be scheduled within the next few days. Council directed staff to proceed initiating Recreation contracts wherein all contractors for Recreation services will provide and 80/20 percent split, with no minimum or maximum, to be effective October 1, 1993.
