1995-38 Emergency Repair of Seawall CapORDINANCE NO. 38-95
AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE VII.LAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE NORTH PALM BEACH GENERAL FUND BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1995-96 TO
APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR EMERGENCY REPAIR OF SEAWALL CAP LOCATED AT THE SOUTH END
OF LAKESIDE PARK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 28-95, the budget ordinance of the Village of North Palm
Beach, is hereby amended as follows:
NORTH PALM BEACH GENERAL FUND:
TRANSFER FROM:
Reserve
Council contingency A5540-49911 17,600.00
TRANSFER TO:
Park Maintenance
Constr. & Major Renov. A8023-66210 $17,600.00
Section 2. The Village Council has determined that the repair of seawall cap at the south
end of Lakeside Park is critical and necessitates the passage of this Ordinance on an emergency
basis so that monies are available for such repair.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
