SECOND READING AND ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCE 2012-11 —VILLAGE SHOPPES PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) AMENDMENT Consideration of a proposed ordinance amending the Village Shoppes Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow for the installation of monument signs, grant a waiver for one additional monument sign, and provide a procedure for future minor modifications to the PUD. a. Review of recommendation of the Town of Lake Park Planning and Zoning Board and receive comments and input from the Lake Park Town Commission on the proposed ordinance d. Village Council discussion e. Motion by North Palm Beach Village Council to adopt and enact on second reading Ordinance 2012-11 ACTION 3.
