ORDINANCE 28-95
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING BUDGETS FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1, 1995, TO SEPTEMBER 30, 1996, BOTH INCLUSIVE, FOR THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH GENERAL FUND, INCLUDING DEBT RETIREMENT, AND FOR THE
NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB REVENUE FUND; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1996, revenues for the General Fund of
the Village are anticipated as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto entitled "Village of North Palm Beach,
Summary Revenue and Expenditures, General Fund -Budget Year 1996", and by reference made a part
hereof.
Section 2. That for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1996, the appropriations for the General
Fund are hereby set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto as "Village of North Palm Beach, General Fund,
Expenditures Budget Year 1996", and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 3. That for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1996, income for the North Palm Beach
Country Club Revenue Fund is anticipated as set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto entitled North Palm
Beach Country Club Summary of Revenue and Expenses -Budget Year 1996", and by reference made
a part hereof.
Section 4. That for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1996, expenses for the North Palm Beach
Country Club Revenue Fund are anticipated as set forth on Exhibit D attached hereto entitled "Village of
North Palm Beach, Country Club Expenses -Budget Year 1996", and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 5. The following budget transfer regulations shall apply:
5.01 - Appropriations shall not be transferred in amounts over $2,500 without the
approval of the Village Council.
5.02 - Appropriations of $2,500 or less shall not be transferred without the approval of
the Village Manager; however, nothing herein is intended to permit the Village
Manager to violate the intent of the approved budget.
Section 6. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance
are hereby repealed.
Section 7. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
