1995-27 Appropriates Funds for Master Recreation PlanORDINANCE NO. 27-95
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
THE NORTH PALM BEACH GENERAL FUND BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1994 - 95 TO
APPROPRIATE FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF 5100,000 FOR MASTER RECREATION PLAN
ENGINEERING AND PLANNING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 17-94, the budget ordinance of the Village of North Palm
Beach, is hereby amended as follows:
NORTH PALM BEACH GENERAL FUND:
Recreation Facility Reserve A3900-13170 $100,000
iN('REASE APPROPRIATION:
Engineering & Planning Recreation A5206-33121 $100,000
Section 2. The funds not used in 1994-95 fiscal year shall be reappropriated in
fiscal year 1995-96 budget.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
