Time Limit: 3 minutes Members of the public who wish to speak on any item listed on the Regular Session or Workshop Session Agenda will be called on when the issue comes up for discussion. Time Limit: 3 minutes Anyone wishing to speak should complete a Public Comment Card (on the table at back of Council Chambers) and submit it to the Village Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting. B. DECLARATION OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS C. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND QUASI-J UDICIAL MATTERS 1. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE 2012-11 — VILLAGE SHOPPES PUD AMENDMENT Consider a motion to adopt on first reading Ordinance 2012-11, a proposed ordinance amending the Village Shoppes Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow for the installation of monument signs, grant a waiver for one additional monument sign, and provide a procedure for future minor modifications to the PUD. ACTION Regular Session Agenda, October 25, 2012 Page 2 of 3 D. CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda is for the purpose of expediting issues of a routine or pro-forma nature. Councilmen may remove any item from the Consent Agenda, which would automatically convey that item to the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and vote. 1. Motion to suspend Council meetings of 11/22/12 and 12/27/12 in observance of national holidays 2. Receive for file Minutes of the Waterways Board meeting held 9/18/12 3. Receive for file Minutes of the Library Advisory Board meeting held 9/25/12 4. Receive for file Minutes of the Recreation Advisory Board meeting held 10/9/12 E. OTHER VILLAGE BUSINESS MATTERS 1. RESOLUTION — GENERAL FUND BUDGET AMENDMENT TRANSFERRING SAVINGS TO CAPITAL PROJECTS RESERVE ACCOUNT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution authorizing a budget amendment to transfer savings from General Fund accounts to the Capital Projects Reserve Account to fund the Village's Capital Improvement Plan. ACTION 2. RESOLUTION — NEXTEL LEASE TERMINATION AGREEMENT AND RELEASE Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving a Lease Termination Agreement and General Release with Nextel Communications, and authorizing the Village Manager to execute the Agreement and the Site Acceptance and Release. ACTION 3. RESOLUTION — COUNTRY CLUB MASTER PLAN AGREEMENT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving an agreement with Peacock + Lewis Architects and Planners, Inc. for creation of a Country Club Master Plan, authorizing execution of the agreement, and waiving any conflict of interest under the State and County Ethics Code. ACTION 4. RESOLUTION — ELECTIONS SERVICES AGREEMENT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving an Agreement for Vote Processing Equipment Use and Elections Services with the PBC Supervisor of Elections, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
