a. SIDEWALKS AND STREETLIGHTS WITHIN THE SOUTHWEST NEIGHBORHOOD Continued
discussion of the capital improvement project for the installation of sidewalks and streetlights within
the Southwest Neighborhood to include a landscape incentive program.
REMARKS
b. WAIVER FOR SIGNAGE HEIGHT FOR SHOPPES AT CITY CENTRE Discussion concerning a
request by Urban Design Kilday Studios to correct [signage] waiver language to coincide with that of
the design elevations for the Shoppes at City Centre.
