AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
BEACH, FLORIDA, ANNEXING TO THE VILL
CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 1.5
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY PROPOSED
BOUNDARY LINES OF THE VILLAGE TO
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
AGE A CERTAIN AREA OF PROPERTY
ACRES; PROVIDING A LEGAL
TO BE ANNEXED; REDEFINING THE
INCLUDE SAID PROPERTY; AND,
' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North
Palm Beach, Florida, hereby annexes to the Village a compact,
contiguous parcel of land of approximately 1.5 acres as more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached and made a part
hereof.
Section 2. The boundary lines of the Village of North Palm
Beach, Florida, are hereby redefined to include the above-described
property and said property is hereby declared to be within the
corporate limits of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the voluntary annexation at least once each week for two
(2) consecutive weeks immediately preceding the passage of this

Ordinance in a newspaper published in the Village, or, if no
newspaper is published in the Village, then in a newspaper
published in Palm Beach County, and otherwise comply with the
requirements of Florida Statute, Section 171.044.
Section 4. Thia Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.

Begin at the Northeast corner of Lot 5, according to the Plat of subdivision of Government
Lot 8, Section 4, Township 42 South, Range 43 East, as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page
4, in and for the records of Palm Beach County, Florida; Thence N 89° 47' 58" W along
the North line of said Lot 5, a distance of 250.12 feet to a point: Thence Southerly, at
right angles bearing South 0° 12' 02" West, a distance of 74.91 feet; Thence South 23°
47' 30" East, a distance of 200.65 feet; Thence South 89° 54' 40" East, a distance of
283.22 feet to a point in the East line of said Lot 5; Thence North 23° 47' 30" West along
said East line of said Lot 5, a distance of 282.04 feet to the Point of Beginning.
