Mayor Norris called the meeting to order at 8:37 p.m. All members of Council were present. All
members of staff were present.
COUNTRY CLUB RESTAURANT BUSINESS PLAN AND DRIVING RANGE BUILDING
RENOVATION
Discussion of the business plan for the Country Club restaurant was postponed.
Discussion took place concerning the proposed addition to the Driving Range building and its
renovation into the "Tavern on the Turn", in order to accommodate a food and beverage
component. Community Development Director Chuck Huff reviewed the conceptual drawing,
floor plan, and projected cost of the renovations, which will be funded from Country Club
contingency. Golf Director Lee Stroever estimated a contingency balance of $150,000 at year -end.
Mr. Huff reported the Golf Advisory Board had reviewed the concept and was in favor of the
project. Mr. Huff discussed the project schedule, and expressed that no downtime on the driving
range was anticipated during construction.
Food and Beverage Director Dave Naumann discussed staffing and distributed an estimate of the
cost for the food service equipment. Discussion ensued on the beverage cart.
Discussion ensued regarding maintenance and refurbishment of the clubhouse and Village
Tavern restaurant, including painting and new carpeting.

With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 9:03 p.m.
