A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING
COMMISSION;AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 2, Article I of the Village Code of Ordinances, the Village
Council may appoint residents of the Village as members of Village advisory boards to serve at the
pleasure of the Village Council, subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council wishes to appoint three members to serve on the Village Planning
Commission in accordance with the requirements of Section 21-11 of the Village Code of Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. The following persons are hereby appointed to the Village Planning Commission for
a term expiring on the date indicated:

Section 2.. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed copy of this resolution to
the members appointed above.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
