They identified suggested objectives that had been achieved and activities that had already taken place were deleted or modified. Following the review, the staff resumed identification of appropriate activities and compiled an extensive list. These were grouped with their corresponding goals. The staff's suggestions were then used by the library director to draft a plan spelling out goals and objectives for the next five years and activities incorporated in an action plan covering period through the end of FY 2013. The plan will be reviewed each year in September to prepare an action plan for succeeding fiscal years. The draft plan was reviewed by staff and the Library Advisory Board. Corrections were incorporated and the final version of the plan was given to the Library Advisory Board for approval. The approved final version was then submitted to the North Palm Beach Village Council for approval.
