AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF SUBSECTION (b) OF SECTION 10-58 OF
ARTICLE III OF CHAPTER 10 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH WHICH PROVIDED FOR NEWSPAPER PUBLICATION AND
POSTING OF NAMES OF INSPECTORS AND CLERKS OF GENERAL AND SPECIAL
ELECTIONS HELD WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH; PROVIDING
FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subsection (b) of Section 10-58 of Article III of
Chapter 10 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of North Palm
Beach which provided for newspaper publication and posting of names
of inspectors and clerks of general and special elections held
' within the Village of North Palm Beach is hereby repealed.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
