1992-09 Rezones Twelve Oaks ORDINANCE NO..g_gp AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE FLORIDA, REZONING A RECENTLY ANNEXED LYING GENERALLY EAST OF U.S. No.l, ROAD 703 AND WEST OF LAKE WORTH FROM DISTRICT RH TO NORTH PALM BEACH APARTMENT DWELLING DISTRICT. OF NORTH PALM BEACH, 31.2 ACRE PARCEL OF LAND (SR #5 ), SOUTH OF STATE PALM BEACH COUNTY ZONING ZONING DISTRICT R-3, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM 1 1 BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. That certain tract of land in the Village of North Palm Beach, the legal description of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and by reference made a part hereof, be, and the same, is hereby rezoned from Palm Beach County Zoning District RH to R-3, Apartment Dwelling District in the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida. Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause the official zoning map of the Village to be amended by entering the changes set forth above on the official zoning map through crosshatching or other appropriate means, including redraft by an engineer or surveyor, if necessary. The Mayor and the Village Clerk are hereby directed to sign an entry on the official zoning map as follows: "On the 9th day of _June 1992, by official action of the Village Council, the following changes were made in the official zoning map: That certain- tract of land in the Village of North Palm Beach described in Exhibit "A" was changed from Palm Beach County Zoning District RH to R-3 Apartment Dwelling District. There shall be a space provided for zonl2oaks.ord - 1 - signature by the Mayor whose signature shall be attested by ,~ the Village Clerk. ~ Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately ' upon passage.
