1991-28 Rezones Prosperity Harbor North to R-1t ORDINANCE N0. 28-91 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, REZONING A RECENTLY ANNEXED 33.42 ACRE PARCEL OF LAND LYING GENERALLY EAST OF PROSPERITY FARMS ROAD, NORTH OF MONET ROAD AND WEST OF THE INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY ZONING DISTRICT RS TO R-1 SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does hereby rezone a 33.42 acre parcel ' of land lying generally East of Prosperity Farms Road, North of Monet Road and West of the Intracoastal Waterway and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part hereof from Palm Beach County Zoning District RS to R-1 Single Family Dwelling District. Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to cause the official zoning map of the Village to be amended by entering the changes set forth above on the official zoning map through crosshatching or other appropriate means, including redraft by an engineer or surveyor, if necessary. The Mayor and the Village Clerk are hereby directed to sign an entry on the official zoning map as follows: "On the 19th day of September, ' 1991, by official action of the Village Council, the following changes were made in the official zoning map: That certain tract of land in the Village of North Palm Beach described in ' Exhibit "A" was changed from Palm Beach County Zoning District RS to Zoning District R 1 Single Family. There shall be a space provided for signature by the Mayor whose signature shall be attested by the Village Clerk. Section 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
