AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, REZONING A 29.8 ACRE PARCEL OF LAND
LOCATED IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF MONET ROAD, NORTH OF
GARDEN LANE, WEST OF INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY AND EAST
OF PROSPERITY FARMS ROAD, WITHIN THE VILLAGE AND
MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" AND
EXHIBIT "B" ATTACHED Hk,RETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
FROM R-1 SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT AND R-3
APARTMENT DWELLING DISTRICT TO R-2 MULTIPLE FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND, PROVIDI'i3G FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm
' Reach does hereby rezone a 29.8 acre parcel of land located
immediately South of Monet Road, North of Garden Lane, West of
Intracoastal Waterway and East of Prosperity Farms Road, within
the Village. The portion of the 29.8 acre parcel of land being
rezoned from R-1 Single Family Dwelling District to R-2 Multiple
Family Dwelling District is more particularly described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part hereof. The portion
of the 29.8 acre parcel of land being rezoned from R-3 Apartment
Dwelling District to R-2 Multiple Family Dwelling District is
more particularly described in Eirhibit "B" attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
' conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

upon passage.
