a. SMALL-SCALE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT 12-2 — NORTH PALM BEACH
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Discussion concerning Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment
12-2 to add a special policy amending the Village's Comprehensive Plan to increase the
maximum floor area ration (FAR) from .015 to 0.35 at North Palm Beach Elementary School
located at 401 Anchorage Drive.
