1991-11 Rezoning 15.3 Acre Parcel to R-3ORDINANCE N0. 11-9.1 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, REZONING A 15.30 ACRE PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED NORTH OF GARDEN LANE AND EAST OF PROSPERITY FARMS ROAD, WITHIN THE VILLAGE AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF FROM R•-1 SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT TO R-3 APARTMENT DWELLING DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach does hereby rezone a 15.30 acre parcel of land located North of Garden Lane and East of Prosperity Farms Road, within the Village and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part hereof from R-1 Single Family Dwelling District to R-3 Apartment Dwelling District. Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
