A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
• PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE GOLF ADVISORY
BOARD AND RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 2, Article I of the Village Code of Ordinances, the Village
Council may appoint residents of the Village as members of Village advisory boards to serve at the
pleasure of the Village Council, subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council wishes to appoint Village residents to serve on the Village Golf
Advisory Board and Recreation Advisory Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. The following persons are hereby appointed to the various Village Boards as indicated
herein:
GOLF ADVISORY BOARD
Stephen Mathison April 30, 2014
Resident Golf Member
Brian Idle April 30, 2014
Resident Golf Member
Tim Peters April 30, 2014
Resident Golf Member
RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD
Donald Grill April 30, 2014
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed copy of this resolution to the
members appointed above.
Section 3. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with this Resolution are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4. This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption.
