AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SUBSECTION F OF SECTION 45-36 OF ARTICLE III, OF
APPENDIX C-ZONING RELATING TO CONDUCT OF BUSINESS, PROFESSIONAL,
COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES AND HOME OCCUPATIONS UPON REAL PROPERTY
AND WITHIN DWELLINGS OR UPON DOCKS, PIERS, OR WATERSIDE STRUCTURES
APPURTENANT THERETO; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH; AND, PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subsection F of Section 45-36 of Article III,
of Appendix C-Zoning of the Code of Ordinances of the Village is
hereby amended to read as follows:
' "F. No business, professional, commercial activity
or home occupation shall be conducted upon any portion of real
property zoned R-1 Single Family Dwelling District, R-2 Multiple
Family Dwelling District and R-3 Apartment Dwelling District or
within any dwelling thereon or upon a dock, pier or other
waterside structure appurtenant thereto and attached to such
real property.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
