AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, PROVIDING
FOR THE ABOLITION OF THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB ADVISORY
BOARD; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 4-75 of the Village of North Palm
Beach created a Country Club Advisory Board and established its
composition, duties and responsibilities; and
WHEREAS, the need for a Country Club Advisory Board has
been obviated by the enactment of an Ordinance by the Village
Council which created a Country Club Administrative Board;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM

BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The North Palm Beach Country Club Advisory
Board is hereby abolished and its members relieved of the duties
and obligations of membership thereof.
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
