including consideration of establishing a permanent Business Advisory Committee.

b. LEASE OR PURCHASE OF LAND FOR ADDITIONAL DRY STORAGE LOCATION Discussion
and guidance concerning the opportunity to lease or purchase a 1.7 acre parcel of commercial
property located at 9300 Old Dixie Highway to accommodate additional dry storage.
