a. SPECIAL PERMIT FOR SIMILAR USE — THE VILLAGE TOBACCO SHOP Discussion
concerning application for a Special Use Permit to allow The Village Tobacco Shop to operate a
retail tobacco and gift shop at 9092 Alternate A1A as a similar use to those permitted within the CC
Transitional Commercial zoning district, subject to certain conditions and in accordance with
Village policy.

b. ANALOG PHONE AND ALARM LINES Discussion concerning proposed a proposed change
from AT&T to Wndstream Communications to provide service for analog phone and alarm lines
at Village facilities.
