2012-03 Amendment to Res. 2011-53 to Correct Account Number RESOLUTION 2012-03

A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 2011-53 TO
CORRECT THE ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR THE EXPENDITURE;
PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS;AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, through the adoption of Resolution 2011-53, the Village Council accepted the bid
submitted by Seminole Walls, LLC for the construction of a security wall for the Public Works
Facility and authorized the expenditure of$69,005.00 for this project; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 2011-53 incorrectly listed the source account for the expenditure and the
Village Council wishes to amend Resolution 2011-53 to reflect the correct account number.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are hereby ratified and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby amends Section 2 of Resolution No. 2011-53 to
authorize the expenditure of funds from Account No. K5519-66210 (Capital Projects Fund) in
lieu of Account No. A5519-66210.
Section 3. All other provisions of Resolution No. 2011-53 not in conflict with this Resolution
shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect retroactive to December 8, 2011.
