ROLL CALL
Mayor Marks called the workshop Session to order at 10:15 p.m. All
members of Council were present. All members of staff were
present.
BILL NO. 633 - AMENDING SEC. 36-23 OF THE VILLAGE CODE
Discussion was held concerning Bill No. 633, a proposed ordinance
amending Sec. 36-23 of the Village Code entitled "Public Sites and
Open Spaces" of Article III of Appendix B-Subdivisions of the Code
of Ordinances by adding a paragraph thereto providing that a cash
contribution in lieu of land shall be placed in a specially
designated fund with expenditures of said funds to be utilized
solely for capital facilities for parks and recreation. This item
was forwarded to the Regular Session of January 10, 1991 for first
reading.
SANCTUARY COVE APPLICATION
A discussion was held concerning Sanctuary Cove application for
rezoning, platting and Comp Plan amendment. Due to the lateness of
the hour, this item will be continued at the January 10, 1991
workshop Session.
