VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 1990

ROLL CALL
Mayor Marks called the Special Workshop Session to order at 5:00
p.m. All members of Council were present except Councilman Moore,
who was recovering from surgery. All members of staff were
present.
ANNEXATION - TWELVE OAKS, PORTAGE LANDING, AND HIDDEN KEY.
A lengthy discussion was held concerning the annexation of Twelve
Oaks, Portage Landing, and Hidden Key. These three land areas will
go to referendum on March 12, 1991. The annexation ordinance will
be placed on the Regular Session Agenda of December 13, 1990 for
first reading.
RESTAURANT LEASE - NPB COUNTRY CLUB.
,... A discussion was held concerning criteria for a new Country Club
restaurant lease. Council members were divided on the issue of
changing the restaurant to limited service instead of full service.
The Village Manager was directed to prepare two sets of bid
specifications to accommodate either type of service. This item
will be brought back to the next workshop for discussion when all
members of Council will be present.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting was adjourned at 6:33 p.m.
