Mayor Marks called the Workshop Session to order at 8:20 p.m. All
members of Council were present except Councilman Moore, who was
out of town. All members of staff were present.
BILL NO. 630 - PARKING FINES
Discussion was held concerning a proposed ordinance providing for
a fine in the amount of $10.00 for stopping, standing, and parking
in violation of provisions other than handicap parking provisions
of Article III of Chapter 18 of the Code of Ordinances of the
Village. This proposed ordinance will be placed on the regular
session agenda of November 8, 1990.
RESOLUTION - GARDEN LANE - VACATE/ABANDON
,,.. Discussion was held concerning a proposed resolution directed to
the Board of County Commissioners, agreeing to the abandonment of
a twenty foot wide public right-of-way, known as Garden Lane,
located in Sec. 8, Township 42 South, Range 43 East, lying west of
Prosperity Creek and south of Monet Road. Mayor Marks and Vice
Mayor Gardner wanted this placed on the regular session agenda of
November 8, 1990, but President Pro Tem Pierman and Councilman
Grinn did not. Due to a 2-2 tie, it will not be placed on the
November 8th regular session agenda.
PROSPERITY HARBOR NORTH - LINPRO
Discussion was held concerning annexation, PUD and platting of 33
plus acres for Prosperity Harbor North project. This item will be
placed on the regular session agenda of November 8, 1990.
PROSPERITY HARBOR SOUTH - LINPRO
Discussion was held concerning PUD, platting and possible
Comprehensive Plan change for Prosperity Harbor South project.
This item will be placed on the workshop session agenda of November
8, 1990.
Since the Mayor scheduled this workshop session from 8:00 p.m. to
,-- 10:00 p.m. , the remaining items on the agenda will be placed on the
workshop session of November 8, 1990.
