Mayor Marks called the Workshop Session to order at 9:32 p.m. All
members of the Council and the staff were present.
PROPOSED OPERATING BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-91
The Council spent a great deal of time going over the proposed
budget for Fiscal Year 1990-91 and making necessary changes.
TRANSMITTAL RESOLUTION RESPONDING TO PALM BEACH COUNTYWIDE PLANNING
COUNCIL INTERJURISDICTIONAL REVIEW OF NORTH PALM BEACH
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
Mr. John Humphrey, Deputy Executive Director of Palm Beach
Countywide Planning Council, gave the Council a brief overview of
what the Countywide Planning Council is doing. This resolution
will be placed on the regular session agenda of September 27, 1990.
STIPULATION AGREEMENT FOR DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS
Mr. Jim Fleischmann, Vice President of Land Research Management,
who worked with the Village in preparing the Stipulation Agreement,
was present to answer any questions the Council had on this item.
This was discussed at length by Council. The ordinance on this
Stipulation Agreement will be placed on the regular session agenda
of September 27, 1990 for first reading.
RECESS
Due to the eleven o'clock curfew, the workshop session was recessed
until Monday, September 24, 1990 at 7:00 p.m.
