Mayor Marks called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All members
of Council were present except Vice Mayor Gardner, who was out of
the state.
The following items were discussed and represents changes made:
VILLAGE MANAGER:
Personnel Summary was changed from (1) part-time position to (0)
part-time positions.
The Goals and Objectives were adjusted to reflect those established
at the April 18, 1990 workshop and requirements from the
Comprehensive Plan, as well as the annexation goals established
from the Workshop of May 10, 1990. The goals from FY 1989-90 were
removed.
A4902-11300 Part-time pay - changed from $16,000 to 0
A4902-34010 Travel - changed from $1,881 to $1,484
A4902-34015 Auto Allowance - changed from $4,200 to $3,200
A4902-34110 Telephone - changed from $2,438 to $1,670
A4902-34810 Advertising - changed from $150 to 0
A4902-35110 Office Supplies - changed from $650 to $625
A4902-35420 Membership/Dues - changed from $875 to $700
A4902-35430 Conference/Seminars - changed from $610 to $485
A4902-35440 Training/Education - changed from $300 to $200
A4902-66415 Computer Hardware/Software - changed from $3,400 to
0
A4902-66440 Audio, Visual and Comm. Sys. - changed from $500 to
0
GENERAL FUND RESERVE:

to 0
