ROLL CALL
Mayor Marks called the Workshop Session to order at 9:34 p.m. All
members of the Council and the Staff were present.
RESOLUTION NO. - ADOPTING A USER FEE SCHEDULE.
Discussion was held concerning a proposed resolution adopting a
user fee schedule for Village facilities. The majority of Council
was not in favor of charging for the use of Village facilities at
this time. This item will not be forwarded to Regular Session.
SEACOAST UTILITY AUTHORITY.
Discussion was held concerning Seacoast Utility Authority's
relationship to the Village. It was the consensus of Council that
the Village Attorney read the Interlocal Agreement to interpret the
voting method and determine if proper voting procedures are being
followed.
CODE ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES.
Discussion was held concerning Code Enforcement procedures and
priorities. This item will not be forwarded to Regular Session.
SINGLE MEMBER DISTRICTING. Discussion held concerning single
member districting. This item will not be forwarded to Regular
session.
There being no further business to come before Council, the meeting
was adjourned at 10:15 p.m.
